How to request the deletion of your personal data
At KambaChat we respect your right to privacy. You can request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time — including all data collected through login with Facebook, Google or manual sign-up by email.
This page describes the process, what is deleted, what is retained by legal obligation, and how you can track the status of your request.
Users who signed in with Facebook
When you delete your KambaChat account, we automatically remove your Facebook ID and all associated tokens. You can also remove KambaChat in your Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites.
How to request deletion
Sign in to your account
Go to kambachat.com/login with your credentials (email/password, Facebook or Google).
Go to Account Settings
In the dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings → Account.
Request deletion
In the Data and Privacy section, click Delete account and data and confirm the action.
Wait for the confirmation email
You'll receive an email with a unique reference code to track the status of the request.
Can't access your account?
Send an email to privacy@kambachat.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with the account or the Facebook/Google username. We respond within 5 business days.
What is deleted
Deletion is processed within 30 days after confirmation. You'll receive an email once completed.
What is retained by legal obligation
Some data must be kept due to legal requirements, regardless of the request.

Track the request status
After submitting the request, you'll receive an email with a unique confirmation code. To check the status, send that code to privacy@kambachat.com.
